Looking for insights to help guide your decisions and build more robust strategies?
We call it a wicked problem, when the environment is unpredictable, and human behaviour plays a big role. A proper User Research strategy and a Benchmarking analysis will help us gain insights on:
Who are the people you are aiming to serve with your product/service?
What are their needs and goals in relation to what you can offer?
How do they behave, and why?
What unique value you could offer considering their pain points and options available?
What are other teams and organizations doing that may be interesting to explore?
How does it look like?
These are some samples of Research projects we've worked on in the past:
We start by mapping our User hypothesis in a way to explore what we already know about our audience: Who are them? What they need? How they behave, and most importantly: Why?
We use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to gather relevant insights. This approach allows us to see not only what people prefer, but the motivations that drive their behavior.
When we understand the gap between what is and what could be, we are ready to start mapping out potential solutions; prototyping and testing are also part of the innovation process.
Is this what your project needs?
Let’s talk about your goals, your questions, and any ideas that you have in mind!
